Hi C-W-S - I don’t think the turningleft report is from JFK-LHR - the intro mentions its’s on one of the longer US routes (presumably from T3, given references to Cathay lounge on the outbound and AA arrivals lounge after the inbound), which would make sense. So presumably not Do&Co catering either.

I have certainly never come across a full breakfast on a JFK-LHR overnight (although admittedly I am not sure I was even born when the BCal service was in operation...).
