However, the agent wouldn't have gotten a screen with all times filled in, the agent would actually have gotten something more similar to this:

How common would it be for an agent to assume that the OFF didn't register or propagate to the system for some reason and that the ETA seen in the screen is still to be trusted (assuming that company would have updated it to a later time if actually delayed)?
