Anyone have any experience related to this feature?

I am flying into Boston on the day of a concert. If the flight is delayed by more than 5 hours, I will miss the event.

On one side, the benefit seems easy enough to claim:
"The ticketholder can’t find the ticket, or it’s stolen or destroyed."

On the other side, they dont mention transportation delays except for this:
"Transportation tickets."

But that doesnt seem to be the same thing.
