Basically, yes, unless ANA change their mind :-)

Which brings me to my second question - how hard are these ANA CC's to get for those with a thin credit history in Japan? I only ask because I've been denied for a bog standard JAL card before, and I've only had success with Mitsui Sumitomo Visa since then. Since the JAL rejection, my application has improved slightly--for one, I have baito here and there so my income isn't "0"--but it's not great either. I'm still a lowly college student, the Mitsui Debut Plus has never been touched since its arrival (ewww foreign transaction fees) and I still have that JAL/View Card rejection on my credit history. So has anyone here with a crappy Japanese credit history here have trouble getting a SFC credit card?
Before challenging to collect 50000PP, you should apply ANA credit card.
Changing an ordinary ANA credit card to the same brand ANA SFC card is easy, and done without credit review.
If you have SMBC VISA, and some credit history, it's good chance to get ANA SMBC VISA card.

About rejection of JAL View card, its rejection record remains 6 months after the rejection in Japanese credit information system.
(Search with words of CIC, and credit history)
So, you are strongly recommend to apply new card after that grace period.
