No easy way. They do run sales from time to time (we are doing JFK-Zurich in the spring for 32k RT in coach), but rarely in first/biz. When searching, look at the 5 week or flexible calendar to find better dates. If your flight has the new A350 - rates/miles are way higher.
The 48-hour award flash sales are monthly and are announced the second Monday of the month and extend until Wed 11:59PM (most recent one was announced on Monday, Aug 13th). They are usually for coach, but sometimes include D1.
300K is enough for two VS Upper Class RT tickets (150K each) from BOS/JFK/IAD/MIA/LAX/SFO/SEA to LHR (availability from SFO and LAX look to be tight for next spring - SEA and BOS have decent availability). It won't get you to SYD or JNB in D1. Might be nice to know where OP is based.
