This is a refundable award. As such, it is D class. If it was A it would be subject to a change/cancel fee if you don't have a waiver.

The same will be true for coach refundable Z or non-refundable W.

It just doesn't differentiate between W and N class tickets for the main cabin. This does work for A and D class redemption (for now) ^
