Just a FYI, you can ask the crew to lower the temperature in your seating area - they can bring it down pretty low, but you need to be insistent that it be set at the absolute lowest temperature possible because most ANA crew members will find the request strange and have some difficulty complying because they don't understand why you would want your seat to be colder, vs warmer. They might lower it 1-2 degrees because they are afraid of making you uncomfortable, so you might need to ask 3-4 times until they understand you want it COLD.
I did that once, but then someone else complained it was too cold so they raised it again.
Also, being claustrophobic, having air blowing directly on my face tricks my brain into thinking I'm in the open air, so I really prefer nozzles over whole-cabin temp control.
