Checked into the Courtyard in Wolfsburg on Sunday night and was glad that they already recognized the new benefits. So I immediately used my 10$ F&B voucher to get three bottles of beer from their market.

Came back to the reception yesterday evening and wanted some chocolate bars instead and was told, that the reception staff had been instructed by the GM, that the 10$ F&B voucher would only be valid in the restaurant and bar from now on. I told them that this was ridiculous, but what can you do?
