Also flew out to INN during "BEAST FROM THE EAST" (heh) - totally fine, despite plentiful snow and cold. I suspect unless there is crosswind (not that common as the wind primarily blows East/West through the Inn Valley or in extreme low visibility (which could make the final legs below the mountain tops and the final turn onto the runway bearing tricky) it's no more diversion-prone than many other airports.
Agree the approach is stunning - definitely worth a window seat! And the café in arrivals has a lovely outdoor balcony you can watch the aircraft from and enjoy the mountain views. Great little airport.
