I'm off to Singapore for work, and QF First is looking like a good price for the dates I want so I'm looking to give it a go.

Does anyone know what meals are served on QF on this route (LHR-SIN-LHR)? I didn't know if it's Dinner/Breakfast on the way out, Supper/Breakfast on the way back or something different? I've also read that there's a tasting menu on some routes, but can't seem to find a list of the routes it's on.
