I'm a Hertz PC member. Made two reservations for later this week, and for some reason, both are showing as "Standard Service", meaning I'd have to go to the counter.
I recently switched my credit card in my profile - is that the likely reason?
And in any case: If I have to visit the counter, will I still be able to use the Ultimate Choice lots, or does counter always mean I get a specific car assigned?
