BAEC Tier Points Calculation on OneWorld

I know I probably should actually know this, but seeing as I rarely travel on BA's OneWorld partners (and then usually not in fares qualifying for BA tier points), I thought I would ask for some help. I may be using Qantus in December/January.

Do the same rules for earning tier points on BA apply to OneWorld partners in terms of long-haul and short-haul flights earning a generic number of points based on fare purchased/flown? For example, a flight from LAX to SYD in J would earn the equivalent of long-haul CW (120 points), correct? Or a short-haul/domestic flight on Qantus in Y or B would earn 20 points, just as a Y or B fare in Euro Traveler (say LHR-AMS)?

I already know which fare classes qualify for tier points, just not how the points are calculated, so any help is appreciated. I trolled the BA site for some time, to no help.

Thanks, and sorry for the rather dull thread.
