I'm seeing the same interim map UA835 ORD-PVG departing Oct 8.
My seat also was so nicely changed from 20J to 34G the same day I noticed the new seat map. (I've since changed it back to 20J...)

I'd like to try the new PE so I hope that will be it, but doubt I'll be that lucky.
