Question about SDC & SDS on an award ticket for a non-Medallion
A good friend of mine booked BOG/ATL/PIT on a Y award ticket with a 9.5 hour layover.

What's the situation for a non-Medallion wanting to do a SDC or SDS on an earlier flight to PIT. No checked luggage.
