Austrian widebodies on European flights: PE and J situation?

Hello all,

I'm planning a trip in September, and while trying to maximize segments for M&M, I've noticed that Austrian runs (still/again) widebodies on VIE-FRA route. Depending on the (yet to be confirmed) dates, I'll have an option to fly on either the 777 or the 767 (or both), probably on LH c/s numbers.

Does anyone here know how does PE seating and/or J upgrades work on this route?
I am a *G, but I'd prefer to put this flight on M&M...

Upgrade wise I've had some options before on OS to upgrade a short Dash flown leg for a rather high sum (~150 EUR), but I don't think they offered me an option when I flew the 777 last time round. VIE-FRA/FRA-VIE is nor particularly long a segment, and I won't have time to go to the lounge either (plus I have access to SEN lounges through my *G one way or another), still, always fun to try out widebody J.
