Hi guys I am going to ask one question here. Reading on Tripadvisor I saw a guy claiming to be HH Gold and the Hilton Heliopolis give free Meet and Assist service because he is Gold. Is this possible?

And for the shuttle, if you do not have access to phone, where should you wait for the shuttle bus? I heard many hectic scenes upon arrival to CAI that people grab your bags and harass you all the way. Would like to hear some old timers to give some advice as it will be my first time going to Egypt by plane. Thanks.
