I have always been afraid to use Priceline, so this is likely to be a dumb question, but if Priceline has given you a price on a specific hotel, haven't you already committed to booking with them? In other words, I thought you did not know what hotel you were getting until you were finished. I would love to stay at the Peninsula next January (my husband and I spent one night there shortly after it opened---I could have lived happily in the bathroom!), but prices on various booking sites are close to $200.
