I dont have an answer for you but good luck. i was trying to get similar answers from United and it was a very difficult process filled with all kinds of misinformation. i did most of it via email so there is a paper trail of their confirmation of us being allowed to fly BF. I would try to do the same but at the end of the day a contingency would probably be a good idea because you never know if you get the wrong person running your flight.
