Welcome to FlyerTalk!

Not all AC flights will appear on United.com. You may be able to book them by calling, although there's no guarantee that UA will have access to the same prices that Kayak has, and agents often don't like booking flights that don't have at least one UA flight on the itinerary. AC and UA have a TATL joint venture, but they're competitors TPAC, so there's less reason for UA to return AC flights.

You can get PQM/PQS credit by booking through any channel. PQDs will only be available if you book via United, either online or by calling.
