Hi guys I'm just waiting to hear from easyjet about compensation for 2 overbooked flights.

I voluntarily offloaded myself for the promised compensation.

I've submitted the claim for this online about 7 days ago but am still waiting to hear from them.

Any idea how long this usually takes?
