Rude passengers against crew
Having flown a lot more the past 12 months, I've noticed an increase of Japanese passengers who are extremely rude to the crew both ground and onboard. I don't get it why they'd be ranting at things so minor such as the check in counters having to change at the last minute or a slight delay. Wish JAL management will be a bit tougher against these passengers as it's borderline abuse, yet the crews just apologises and hopes that the person will go away. Anyways, I feel it's a bizarre but all too frequent scene with Japanese passengers.
