IIRC, you usually have to get the bus but I usually end up flying LH to FRA. If that connection is on the same ticket, they should be sure you can make the connection but I've had United give me some sketchy ones (like getting from one end of terminal C to the very end of B on a 35 minute connection in Chicago).
