I just did this last night, and can confirm it is still true - I flew in on UA domestic and was flying out on OZ 235, at 11:55. OZ contracts the SK lounge, which closes at 9pm, and after that I believe it's only open to OZ pax. I saw several people get turned away last night, so even if you're *G they might not let you in unless you're flying OZ. I believe the LX lounge closes at 7pm, too, so you might indeed be stuck in AF.

I'm gonna be in the same situation in January - I have a long layover from UA domestic to BR 55 in J, and I'm also planning to use the Polaris lounge for an hour or so and then head over to T5, as long as I can get my boarding pass printed when I check-in at CMH, where I'm flying in from. FWIW, last night I was able to get my OZ boarding pass at CMH (my only problem was that I was flying in Y, so I wasn't going to get Polaris access anyway).
