The crane they leased/borrowed from is owned by nearby Solaire Resorts and Casino used for their Dining in the Sky experience.

Its really about time for Filipinos demand for a new airport (San Miguel/RSA has an unsolicited proposal for their Bulacan lot to be made into a four runway airport). A single widebody ready runway damaged by a Chinese airplane shows how ready Manila is against such a contigency. Imagine if the Chinese Military does strike and makes true the running joke that the PH is to be a Chinese territory.
