Changes to the B and H class fare rules
Changes to the B and H class fare rules on Shorthaul and Domestic from Upgradeable to Changeable
On 15th July 2004, we are introducing a new change booking condition to our B and H class upgradeable fares on UK to Europe and UK Domestic routes.
This will offer the flexibility of rebooking to the same class, B or H, for a fee of £30 per transaction, or any higher class for a fee of £30 per transaction plus any difference in fare.
If one or more sectors in the same booking are changed at the same time i.e. before ending booking, then only a single £30 fee will apply plus any difference in fare.
If one or more sectors in the same booking are changed and the booking ended and then a subsequent change is made, an additional £30 fee will apply plus any difference in fare.
The table/examples below show how to apply the correct fee.

Any change is subject to availability in the applicable fare class. In the event of a change being made, the original cancellation charge will apply if the changed ticket is subsequently cancelled. Tickets booked in B and H class remain non-refundable. If the difference in fare is lower, the fee is still payable and there is no refund of the fare difference.
