The Qsuite on my DOH to LHR was a nice surprise as well. Might need to review my metal of choice.
Other than the rerouting, did you get any other comps?

PS - My personal opinion is you didn't miss out on much in Al Mourjan. It's huge but the lounge starts to feel really sterile after an hour or so.
