Yes it is. If you have the same one I have (I know we can't tell) look under the "Enhance your travel experience" list. After "No foreign transaction fees" there's the note for footnotes and then right below that is says "Best of all, the $99 annual fee is waived for the first 12 months..."
OK, I got a different one then. Mine just says "There is an annual fee of $99" and the disclosures insert lists the annual fee without the usual language about it being waived the first year.
