An airline still has the burden of proof that a fare is a mistake. You know the easiest way to prove its a mistake? Show the DOT blogs and FT posts saying its mistake. "See, they knew it was a too good to be real."
burden of proof is as simple as them saying an agent fat fingered a fare and showing comparable prices.
and please, we don't need any "evidence" from the same scam artist who booked a $10k first class swiss F in cash just so he could sue aeroplan for opening award seats.
