Sheepdog in first class bulkhead?
My family flew AA Tuesday, from MCO to ORD. A man boarded with a full-grown sheepdog and sat in the bulkhead aisle seat. My family was in row 4; the dog, while well-behaved, was spilling out into the aisle the entire flight. FA's were constantly stepping over him.
While I am unfamiliar with the rules for traveling with pets, a quick search on AA's website makes it sound like this dog should not have been allowed to sit at his owner's feet?
My husband asked a FA if this was a service or emotional support animal, to which he said he had no idea. Isn't this a safety issue, or am I missing something here?
