Just done 3 days at the Westin in KUL, which is next to the RC. There is a fairly large construction project next to the RC. I believe it is RC themselves, 'luxury residences' I think it said. It didn't seem anything too excessive noise wise but then I was on the other side of the Westin facing the twin towers.

There is a large building going up in front of the Westin and Marriott as well. If that's high it will ruin the views from those 2 properties.
