Agreed - it's not so much the £10 or £20 (they get a lot more than that from me on a weekly basis), it's the fact that I am 100% entitled to the full amount in this situation and there's absolutely no arguing about that really.

I predicted what might happen, explained the different scenarios and still got mugged off. And that I find unacceptable.
