No, it being a World Elite MC does not make it a different product. Chances of being approved for a 3rd
personal AA Aviator card are indeed approximately zero point zero.
And I don't know if you can count on the denial being instant, and thus count on no pull for the denial.
Your best (and probably only near-term) chance of being approved for an AA card from Barclay is to apply for the business version:

I would say concentrate on that instead of trying vainly for a 3rd personal card.
