Delta's Main Cabin seat pitch is generally 30-31 inches. You may need/want Comfort+, paid or via upgrade.

Delta has a lot of mainline narrowbodies with 2Ku wifi (and all non-A350 widebodies with Ku satellite wifi), but it isn't free. Choose aircraft wisely: 2-class RJs, 717, MD-88 and MD-90 have wifi via Gogo air-to-ground; no AVOD, either, although there is streaming to own device.

I got upgraded to F out of PWM a few weeks ago as a Silver (Million Miler) on an award ticket. Some routes/times of day will be tough into First even as a Plat, however.

If you don't make Plat you'll be paying to change awards - even for date changes. No changes within 72 hours of flight.
