I have repeatedly been reused to honour my EC261 claims on the grounds that it ell outside the "3-month" limitation period, which AY says it's Nordic law. I considered that is a BS. I now live in Hong Kong, but I am not sure whether I can lodge a small claims petition against AY in HK courts. (HK's limitation period is 6 years, however, EC law not binding in HK, can I actually sue in Hong Kong?
