DEFENDANT MISREPRESENTED "GRANDFATHERING", "LOCKED IN" RATES, BUT THEN INSTEAD CHANGED TERMS OF ONGOING SERVICE.
JetSmarter failed to appear, and the plaintiff was awarded a default judgment of $8,044.
