I'm planning a Europe trip next year and I'm wondering if anyone has experience of which European destination is the most likely to have paid upgrade offers ex-DXB. Basically I'm indifferent about where I start my holiday - Heathrow, Gatwick, Paris Frankurt, Rome, Milan etc
