Scallops, which SriLankan flight are you taking? You may be interested to know that the Qantas lounge doesn't quite open until 14:30, and the BA lounge doesn't open until 15:00, so one wouldn't be able to access it if taking the first UL flight (307), and will only have a short period of time to use the lounges if on UL303. UL309 would get you access for a few hours, but not 12, again due to the afternoon opening times of either lounge.

Cathay flies from Terminal 4, and they have CX lounge there. But you can't actually access T4, as you would need a T4-departing boarding pass to access the shuttle bus. Terminal 1, 2, and 3 are connected physically, and by SkyTrain which runs every few minutes or so.
