Your age probably precludes you from being a snowflake at is refers primarily to millennials https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Generation_Snowflake however a lot of entitled people on here think that suffering the back of the plane is something that they just couldn't do. While seats have gotten smaller over the decades, on board seat amenities have improved along with speed of travel. My first trip to Europe went Brisbane, Sydney, Singapore, Bombay, Dubai, Athens, Rome, London in an aircraft that had one screen for the whole cabin. I think only 3 movies were shown the entire time. Today I can do that with just 1 stop. Now if the airline doesn't have a decent seat back IFE you can at least preload your tablet to pass the time. USB power is normally available and a few are starting to get wifi so you're not totally cut off from the world.
