Having done an LHR-SYD B2B - arrives 0600, leaves 1600 (BA15 > BA16 in Y) for a work delivery I can tell you it’s fine if you stay off the booze (Well I did have a couple G&T’s), plenty of water & I do sleep on planes in Y.

Would do it again tomorrow !
