OK, so we can get any preferred seat (no exit rows with kids) and possibly, if I understand correctly, the increased leg room seats where it’s not labeled premium; but the companions are not eligible to upgrade into Premium seats. Those still have to be paid.

Does the MVP have free access to Premium upgrades if she has companions on her itinerary? Or do they have to separate for her to upgrade?
