Since it appears other non-Thai speaking people were able to book these fares, can somebody in-the-know tell us how to book these? Do I have to be in Thailand to do it? Or can I do it from the U.S.A. and have it issued as an e-ticket? or??
I'm hoping to go to Krabi in September, and while Bangkok Air's web special prices (in English, linked from their main page) are really nice... their morning or later evening flights aren't good for me. THANKS
Just use a local, to Bangok that is, travel agent. You communicate with them via email. They can issue e-tickets, you may have to pay a bit more via credit card, most pay in person with cash if you are in/around Bangkok. There are several recommendations, just search for 'Bangkok' and 'Travel Agent'.
