If Alaska does sign a lease for space, it will appear on the airport commission agenda for approval. Nothing about it in last week's minutes, and this week's meeting has been cancelled. They regularly approve leases for airport space at these meetings. That may be the first place you'll see an official notice of a lease on the table.
