Your sole issue is that you want and are due a refund from Expedia. Send Expedia an email or use the webform to request a cancellation with a full refund because OZ has cancelled its flight. Then wait 5 business days and initiate a chargeback because the flight has been cancelled. It will be for Expedia and OZ to sort this out.

However, if you still want to take your trip and the reroute offered is acceptable, why not simply have Expedia reissue the ticket for the same flights departing one day later, e.g. HNL-ICN-SIN? As you have a connection, this should not be an issue, presuming that there is availability on the next day's ICN-HNL.

Alternatively, you could also look at other HNL-SIN combinations and ask Expedia to rebook onto one of those (at no additional cost to you).
I suspect that the OP might have two separate tickets rather than a connection at ICN. Moreover, an airline other than OZ might be operating the next portion of the itinerary.
