Have the Prestige for ~3 years now. Called in, front line rep said no offers, and didn't connect me to retention. Will try again. This wasn't the case before, I remember calling in last year and receiving 5 different offers to choose from.

AF hit exactly 30 days ago. Called to cancel; automated system was about to cancel when I aborted; rep said no offers and didn't forward me anywhere. (Last year I received 7 x $50 per mo in which spend $1,500 (as well as some other offers I declined).)
Any luck on calling back later? The rep wouldn't transfer me over to the retention, AF hit about a week ago. I should start documenting exactly when I called last year for retention to track if it has been 12 months between offers for a better chance of getting a retention ...
