I have found many properties in major metropolitan areas have hotel shuttles and will drop you off within a few mile radius. I have done it at FI, SHS, CY, RI, MR, Renn, etc. I find it to be more of a function of the property location than of the brand. Properties along the interstates in suburban/rural areas typically don't have shuttles. Properties in cities and airport properties typically do have them. YMMV...
