It would surely depend on your delivery whether you come across as arrogant or annoying. Your tone, language, and intonation used during the conversation would determine this. As you said, it was a complex intinery. The agent was probably aware of this and might have been trying to navigate all the different options in order to find the best one for you. If you are politely suggesting options to them, then you're just coming across as a well-informed and helpful person rather than a demanding and arrogant person. In this case you're suggestions even helped the agent. Seems more like a light-hearted conversation which I wouldn't worry too much about
