10 August 2018: UA2400 - BOS-SFO, E+ Dinner. Or so I thought sitting in row 39 (exit). FA gives rows 16-26 their trays, and then boogies back to the back, passing us by. Hmmm. So I depress my call button. However, this is a 77G so you get ignored because stupid non-grinning idiots don't know not to rest their elbows on their buttons... So I get up and interchange with the FA:
"Will we be served dinner in row 39?"
"No"
"Hmm, you do know that it's Economy Plus.."
"Oh. My sincerest apologies. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry."
Anyway, he came forward and offered us two options: "chicken" and "pasta". For those following my saga on t.p.s. flights, I've avoided "pasta" going forward. And, historically, "chicken" has been the "BBQ strips" variety. But I order it anyway.

Now then, I realize that the packaging indicated distribution from Jersey City, NJ but I was willing to try since it wasn't "BBQ strips"

So I'm here to tell you that I was quite happy with the Butter Chicken! So happy that, upon completion and the FAs' dinner service to regular Y was done, I went rearward once more and requested (and received) a second distribution of said Butter Chicken. And fully enjoyed it as well.

Also, once the FAs doing the drink service on our aisle worked their way back to us, I'd requested the bourbon (which should be Buffalo Trace). However, the FA servicing us (different from the dinner service FA) said that he didn't have it - only Jack Daniels. I then asked for the house red. That being said, I then received the following:


So, I'm happy. Very happy.
