The only coupon that should be out of sync would be the one for the LH flight, which LH will correct and re-sync at some point, likely prior to check-in (at which point, this message will disappear). The coupon for the GF flight should be still open. Until the ticket is reissued, the old ticket is still valid for travel.

If we still had access to the Saudia site, we could tell for sure. Alas...
