Welcome to Flyertalk MrMarkyMark and welcome to the BA forum, it's good to see you here. I hope we will see plenty more of you in the future too. Just to build on MikeBouch's correct reply, BA.com is built around this, when the voucher appears in your BAEC account, you select it, select the base line travel cabin (e.g. WTP) but BA.com then looks at just the upgraded class for availability (e.g. CW in this example).
