If a drive failing will screw you over, get RAID.
If a server failing will screw you over, get multiple servers.
If a UPS failing will screw you over, get multiple power feeds.
If a switch failing screws you over, get multiple NICS and multiple switches.
If a datacenter exploding screws you over, get multiple data centers.
If having all your aircraft overnight in Toronto, and having all your pilots live in Oakville is a problem... Don't f'ing do that.
Between Debert and Greenwood, I assure you that Halifax has an ample supply of pilots. Between Truro and Halifax, I assure you that YHZ has ample supply of reasonable housing for pilots
Air Canada chooses to make weather in Toronto a problem for people in Halifax, and in the London 3500mi away.
Halifax is always foggy. London is always foggy. How is it at all reasonable that the always-in-August-in-Toronto thunderstorms messed up perfectly clear days in the two foggiest places in the universe?
